What are the Copyright and Trademark rules for SWAS, ITHC, and Sue OVery Designs?

Purchasers are buying the single copy of our In The Hoop Club®, Think Inside the Hoop®, Serge~Broidery®, Patterns, and embroidery designs for themselves and may NOT sell, trade, give, exchange, or otherwise share SWAS actual files. This breaks federal copyright and trademark laws. We put our heart and souls into our work and hope you appreciate the time and effort by respecting these laws.

Can I sell finished items made from your patterns, Think Inside the Hoop®, Serge~Broidery®, or with your embroidery designs stitched on them?

Sure, from one entrepreneur to another…we encourage it. Please, if you will be selling more than 200 pc of one single item, please ask for a licensing agreement. We love seeing pictures, so send to Info@SueOVeryDesigns.com

May I use pictures from your website, blog, Facebook, or other social medias to showcase what I will be selling?

Yes you may. Be sure to give photo credit by listing www.SealedWithAStitch.com  www.InTheHoopClub.com www.SueOVeryDesigns.com website somewhere near the photo.

When downloading machine embroidery files from Sealed With A Stitch, they will be "zipped".

This is done to quickly and successfully get your designs to your computer.

Unzipping files is very easy, usually done with a mouse click or two. How it's done depends on which computer system you are running and which zipping tool you have installed.

Here are links that will help walk you through this easy process:

My PES files won't OPEN in my BOX or software?!? PESv6 vs. PESv4

Your software PE-Design or Palette most likely reads an older version of PES extension. We save ALL our files in the PESv6 (the most up to date offer the best quality). If you need an older version of the PES file, not a problem, just send an email to Sue@SealedWithAStitch.com and we will send right over.
